The mission of the youth of the Fourth Street Church of Christ is to share the good news about Christ in the community and to exhibit Christ-like characteristics in their everyday lives.

    The Fourth Street Church of Christ Youth Program's monthly activities currently consist of a bi-monthly fun night and a service project.  The fun night activities include a fifteen minute dialogue, refreshments, games, and most importantly devotion and songs.  These activities give the youth an opportunity to fellowship with one another in a safe environment.  The youth are also actively involved in various service projects in the community.  The projects so far, have involve visiting local nursing homes and the Natchez Children's Home.  In the future we will  engage in after school mentoring program at local elementary schools.
    In addition to the monthly social and service projects, the youth participate in the Annual Mississippi State Youth Conference held in during the first weekend in June.  The purpose of the youth conference is to help the youth of Mississippi grow stronger in Christ as well as provide a wholesome outlet for the skills and talents of our youth.  The activities held at the conference include skits, roll call, Mr. and Miss Youth Conference pageant, talent shows, essay contest, and a basketball tournament.
